We hand make all our orders at a little home studio located in Coogee, Sydney Australia.
Lunera is a one woman show. Designed and handmade in Sydney by a very ambitious young beach loving gal, Lucia. You can find a little more about Lucia and Lunera here.
All Lunera pieces are made with 925 sterling silver. Most pieces are created using a lost wax casting method and are cast into solid sterling silver. We also try to use recycled metals when possible.
For example, our Seaglass Hoops are 100% sustainable, being made with recycled sterling silver wire and collected sea glass pieces.
Our entire Seaglass Hoop collection is 100% sustainable. Which means they have been made entirely from recycled materials. The glass in each hoop has been hand collected from Sydney's Eastern Beaches. As for the wire of the hoop, it is made from recycled sterling silver scraps.
Meaning each Seaglass Hoops helps reduce waste and clean up local beaches!
Sterling silver requires a little bit of care. As it is a soft metal it is normal for well worn pieces to start getting some dents or scratches over time. If you experience any tarnishing in your pieces we recommend polishing with a non-abrasive silver polish or cloth.
If it appears like your piece needs a little extra love piece don't hesitate to contact us about getting a re-polish treatment, subject to fee depending on the state of the item.
Lunera embraces natural coastal beauty and imperfections within designs. As all our jewellery pieces are handmade, it is normal to expect some slight differences between them. However we believe this only makes your piece even more unique and adds that little extra handmade love touch!
Lunera is not taking on any custom orders right now. Theres nothing more Lunera love than working together with you to create a custom design, however being a one women show means life is very busy and at the moment we have had to close our customs orders to allow for this.
Shipping is free on all orders over $75!
If your order is under $75 Standard Shipping will cost $8. Express Shipping costs $12
All our items are made to order especially for you. Because of this, they may take a little longer to arrive than you're used to. We begin making a piece as soon as an order is placed and will therefore take about 2-4 weeks (depending on the item) for the piece to be completed and shipped out.  Once shipped orders will take about 2-10 working days to be delivered depending on location.

Yes we do! Standard costs $24. Express international shipping costs $42
We don't offer free exchanges or returns for change of mind or wrong sizing.
However, our refunds and returns policy is dependant on the individual case. So if you have any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us to sort something out for you.
